Winter Stargazing

For a winter stars tour, Caribou Highlands will have hot beverages and a campfire. Come in outdoor winter clothes for a fascinating look at what's up there in the winter sky. Winter constellations and their lore, sta gazing basics, currently visible planets and unique celestial features like Northern Lights will be our topics. We will stargaze outdoors if conditions are right, or indoors via a fabulous projected computer program if the skies are cloudy. Bring a flashlight (covered with a red filter if possible) and plan on spending about an hour or a little longer exploring the night sky.
