Tick Awareness Workshop

The University of Minnesota Duluth's Veronica Nelson will present a tick awareness workshop providing information on the bacteria, the disease process, the collection methods, data analysis, and techniques for guarding against ticks, how to identify ticks, areas of risk, how to recognize symptoms of Lyme, and how she tests for Lyme. Refreshments start at 6:30 p.m. at Hartley Nature Center ahead of the 7 p.m. program.
