Third Annual Frosted Fatty Fat Bike Race Weekend

Spirit Mountain, Northeast Minnesota’s only lift access fat bike ski area, and sponsors Columbia Sportswear and Frost River will host the Third Annual Frosted Fatty Weekend Saturday, January 20 through Sunday, January 21. The event will bring competitors from throughout the country to Duluth for two days of fat bike races, bike demos, food, music, a silent auction and more. The two-day bike festival is growing even “fatter” this year with races to include a Fat Bike Cross-Country, Staged Downhill race and a Head-to-Head Dual Slalom race, where bikers, skiers and snowboarders race it out for a $500 cash prize. Male and Female categories for both the Cross-Country and Downhill Races. Event features more than $5,000 in cash and prizes.
