Ruth Lull's "Retrospective" Exhibit at Northland College

"Retrospective" is a new exhibit of paintings by Ruth Lull, artist and assistant professor of art at Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin. It showcases artwork inspired by the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Ruth Lull has long celebrated themes of nature, changing seasons and weather phenomena in her artwork. Ruth's exhibit is among several activities scheduled for the All Class Alumni Reunion that runs July 12-15 at Northland. The theme of the reunion is "Celebrate the Arts." Northland College Alumni Association will present Lull with a Distinguished Service Award at the association¹s annual awards banquet Saturday evening. An opening reception will be Friday, July 13, from 4-6 p.m. in Dexter Library. The exhibit will be on display through September 30 and can also be viewed online at www.northland.edu/lull.
