Opulent Ice Carving Competition

The Opulent Ice Lounge on the deck at Little Angie's Cantina will host the 2nd annual Chef's Invitational Ice Carving Competition on Sunday, Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ice carvers from all over the Midwest will be on hand to demonstrate their artistry as they compete in a 2-ice-block carving competition for valuable prizes and/or cash. Their finished sculptures will be put on display just outside the Opulent Ice Lounge on Little Angie’s deck for all to enjoy. Duluth Chef Paul Madsen, who is also a world-class competitive carver, will be hosting the competition and overseeing the judging. The winner will be announced at 3 p.m.
