Do you love food? Wine? Lake Superior? Our annual Fall Food & Wine Lover's weekend is just around the corner!
Our guest chef this year is Joe Rolle of IL Foro in Minneapolis. Chef Rolle has a modern approach to classic Italian cooking influenced through Italian family roots.
The weekend will kick off with a four-course meal on Friday evening at the Bluefin Grille, followed by a five-course dinner on Saturday night. There will also be a wine tasting event Saturday afternoon, complete with wine expert Stuart Sutherland of Johnson Brothers wine. The weekend concludes on Sunday with a brunch hosted by Chef Judi Barsness of Waves of Superior Cafe.
