An Evening of Steampunk at the Duluth Art Institute

Come celebrate the Steampunk aesthetic with the Duluth Art Institute and local Steampunk artists at the Historic Union Depot.  The evening will incorporate Steampunk fashion, film, two and three dimensional work, as well as music and fire dancing.   In order to "set the stage",  the event is being held amongst the steam engines in the North Shore Scenic Railroad Museum in the Depot.  Attendees are being encouraged to come dressed in their interpretation of Steampunk costuming.

This event is a collaboration between the DAI and local artists in order to showcase the Steampunk aesthetic, give voice to these artists and continue the DAI¹s efforts to support a vibrant and diverse arts community.   

Tickets to the event are $8 (includes one drink ticket), Free for DAI members, and $5 if you come in Steampunk costume (includes one drink ticket).  All proceeds will go to support the programs of the Duluth Art Institute.  An after party is being hosted at The Rathskeller at Tycoons Alehouse.
