FinnFest Fling

FinnFest Fling offers a night of music and merriment in the heart of winter, with live music by Finn Hall, Heikki Mäenpää, Les Ross and surprise guests. The event also will include the unveiling of Copper Country FinnFest Beer, designed by the Keweenaw Brewing Company; plans to beat the Nordic Walking World Record, sponsored by Portage Health; dancing from 8-11 p.m., including Finnish tango and Raatikkoon lessons; cash bar and food for sale; and door prizes and silent auction. There's a $5 cover charge, with proceeds to benefit FinnFest USA 2013. Pre-purchase tickets for an opportunity to win a set of nordic walking poles at the fling.
